The vessel was taken out of the water August 2007 in Herzlia Marina, Israel.
The following jobs were carried out:
3 Air condition units in 3 living rooms.
All through hull fittings were replaced.
All seacocks were replaced.
Antifouling paint, all around varnish.
All Cushions were replaced.
All mattresses were replaced.
All cutlery and crockery are new.
New Autopilot Raytheon 4000 installed
New Raytheon electronics : Chart plotter, Echo sounder and Speed log.
New 9KW Sidewinder Bow thruster installed.
Full engine service by Caterpillar.
Install 4 new emergency bilge pumps, Rule 4000 (16 cu.m. per Hour)
Install 2 new service bilge pumps
Replace all sink taps and shower (dush) end bits.
Install 2 new marine toilets with electrical dual pumps
10 new fenders. window sambrella covers.
All new Safety equipment including flares fire ext. life jackets, fire blanket, first aid etc. etc.
Diving equipment.
The vessel was taken out of the water 3 years ago in Marmaris Nestle Marina, Turkey.
Full Hull and deck and superstructure paint. antifouling paint. All around varnish.
Full overhaul to generator engine, Volvo Penta 27 HP.
All lighting system replaced to halogen lighting.
Refrigerator / freezer gas refill and service.
Full engine service by Caterpillar.
Replace 4 x 12 volt batteries for generator, service and bow thruster.
Replace 4 x 8 volt batteries for 32V bank, engine and windlass bank.
I have spent an estimated 80,000 USD on refit and maintenance jobs in the past 2 years
The vessel is being taken out of the water once a year.
